Shipments of Product

All orders will ship within 3 days of order date. This excludes weekends and national holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve. All shipments must be to a U.S. address. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground for parcel orders and UPS Next Day Air can be requested when available. All other orders will be shipped via a less than truckload (LTL) carrier. LTL shipments to residential addresses may incur additional delivery charges. If you have created an account, tracking information will be available on this website within four business days from the order date.

Returns

All sales are final. Returns will only be considered for freight damaged items, or mis-shipment by the distribution center. Mis-shipments are defined as one item being ordered and confirmed through the ordering process, and another item other than what is ordered being received. Mis-shipments do not apply in instance of an order entry error by the ordering party. To request a return, please contact onlinesupport@nortek.com. Be sure to include your order number and any photos of damage or incorrect parts. In the case where a refund is approved, it may take between 3-5 days for the credit to show up on your credit card account.
