Return Procedure

All sales are final. Returns will only be considered for freight damaged items, or mis-shipment by the distribution center. Mis-shipments are defined as one item being ordered and confirmed through the ordering process, and another item other than what is ordered being received. Mis-shipments do not apply in instance of an order entry error by the ordering party. To request a return, please contact onlinesupport@nortek.com. Be sure to include your order number and any photos of damage or incorrect parts. If approved, refunds will be processed only to original payment methods and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
